Whey Protein: Whey is a by‑product of cheese manufacturing. It is the liquid that remains after milk has been curdled and strained. When this liquid is dried up, the powder that remains is called Whey. When people talk about protein, this is the one most have heard of.

With higher protein and fewer calories, whey is the whey way to go for everyone! Creamy and light, whey is an essential daily protein for everyone – irrespective of age or fitness level. Whey proteins are suitable for people who have no food restrictions, dietary considerations and allergies.

Vegan Protein: Requiring little-to-no processing, they are usually derived from one core protein source: hemp, pea, soy and brown rice are common.

Vegan proteins are also great for those who suffer from food intolerances as they are gluten-free and are easier to digest. Lactose intolerance or avoidance of dairy is seen more and more.
