Orders

Once you have provided all the necessary details for your delivery, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. These details will include a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have requested for and the delivery timeline.
You can check the status of your order by clicking on Profile drop-down > Orders.
After confirmation, orders are usually delivered within 7 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an update with the tracking number. You can use this to find out when your order will reach you.
If you wish to cancel your order, make sure to do so before it is shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer care team at +919312807777 or email us at hello@habbithealth.com.
If an item is found to be damaged or if it does not match the description or quantity mentioned on our website, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products to our customer care at hello@habbithealth.com or call us on +919312807777 within 48 hours of delivery so that we can expedite your return request. Payment

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI Transfers. You can view all the payment methods on the checkout page.
There are no hidden charges. You need to pay only the amount displayed in your order summary at the time of check out.
If your account has been debited after an order failure, the debited amount is automatically refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days. For any further issues, you can email us at hello@habbithealth.com or call us on +919312807777
In case of a payment failure, please re-check your account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and try once again. Also make sure that you have access to a steady internet connection. In case your account has been debited after a payment failure, the amount is normally refunded to your account within 7 business days.
You can use your Habbit Points at the time of checkout to pay for products or merchandise.

To update your account information, click on the Profile drop-down on the top right corner > click on Profile > Edit
To reset your email, go to Profile > Personal Details > Edit

Your friend must make a purchase using your referral link or code in order for you to get points.
There is no such limit. You can refer any number of friends and, earn points each time they make a purchase, at any point in time.
To view your referral link, head over to the Profile section and click on 'Referrals'.
