Shipping Policy
We know how important it is to receive your favorite products in the finest condition, and on time. For the best delivery experience please note the following:
- We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you. Currently, these are Amazon Shipping, and multiple vendors like Blue Dart and Delhivery via the shipping aggregator ShipClues.
- Currently, all shipping charges are borne by Habbit and you do not need to pay anything to the shipping partners (except in cases of special requests by you).
- Before placing your order, check all details like complete address, pin code and phone number. If any of these are incorrect, the order will end up being returned to us and we shall not be able to do anything about it.
- The courier company may required that you give an OTP to accept delivery. This is to prevent fraud and misuse. Thus it is important to have a working phone number in your address. Please only give the OTP upon receiving the product. Never beforehand.
- All orders are only delivered in official Habbit packaging (our signature blue boxes) and sealed using Habbit branded tapes. Do not accept any package that has been tampered with or is not sealed properly. In such cases, inform us immediately.
- Based on date and time of order and payment confirmation, orders are shipped either the same day (if placed before 11AM) or the next working day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details from the courier partner, and you can use these to see where your order is and what is the expected delivery date.
- Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Delhi. Typically they are delivered in 1-2 days after shipping in Delhi NCR, and 3-7 working days after shipping in other parts of the country.
We do not run our own logistics fleet. We are not Amazon or Quick Commerce. It would not be fair to have an expectation of same day or next day deliveries from us. Realize that logistics can be unreliable. It is a vast country. The industry has its challenges. Shipments get misrouted. Bandhs and strikes and riots and curfews and flooding happen. Flights get cancelled. At times situations are beyond anyone’s control. What is in our control is shipping the order on time and in proper condition. After that it is only the logistics partner that can handle it, and we can only follow up with them. We will always do that, and anything that we can for our Habbit family. At times even that may not be enough, and there might be a delay. Be kind in such situations and do not stress yourself unnecessarily. It achieves nothing. Trust that we are on it and will ensure that any such cases are resolved as soon as possible.
